1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

📦 Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12PM EST are processed the same day.
📅 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
📧 You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

5. IMPORTANT NOTES

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Petzora is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package — please check with neighbors and contact your local post office first.
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year).

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@shoppetzora.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
